Meet your hosts Nat and Mel. Two women passionate about wellness, healing, connection and community. We believe in the power of the human spirit and its ability to thrive. Throughout our journey we have filled our lives with practices to nourish OUR souls......yoga, meditation, energy and body work, journaling, connection with nature and surrounding ourselves with beautiful community. We love what we do and are passionate about holding space for others to be heard, held and to heal. 

 

Nourish your Soul Retreats embody all of the above, using practices that foster connection body, mind and spirit. We strive to create curated (and intuitively guided) experiences to nurture your soul. Retreats that leave you serene, with an open heart and inspiring you along your path. If you are ready to embark on a journey of self love, transformation and enlightenment ....you have arrived at the right place.  
 

Mel

Mel Grime is a Soul & Mindset Coach, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Holistic Nutritionist. She is passionate about helping others reconnect with their authentic selves, cultivate self-compassion, and nourish their body, mind, and soul.

For much of her life, Mel lived behind a mask, shaped by perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the weight of expectations. Burnout, self-doubt, and a deep sense of disconnect left her feeling lost. In 2017, everything changed. After experiencing debilitating panic attacks and being diagnosed with depression, osteoarthritis, and an autoimmune thyroid condition, she realized she could no longer ignore the whispers of her body. It was a wake-up call—an invitation to slow down, heal, and create a life rooted in presence and purpose.

 

Through deep inner work, mindfulness, and holistic practices, Mel transformed her own life. Now, she helps others do the same. Using a blend of yoga, meditation, Reiki, intuitive nourishment, journaling, and soulful connection, she creates spaces for healing and self-discovery.

 

Mel offers retreats, soul circles, yoga classes, and online coaching programs, supporting those who are ready to release self-doubt, embrace their inner wisdom, and live with greater ease and joy.

 

At the Nourish Your Soul Retreats, Mel will guide you through a weekend of rest, reflection, and renewal, helping you return home to yourself.

Nat

Nat Kipling is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist, Reiki Master and Intuitive Guide, Yoga & Meditation Teacher.  In fall 2015, Nat brought Headwaters Wellness to life with the intention of making it much more than a wellness clinic. The goal was to create a place that brings love and light to the healing process and emphasize the positive side of health…. “wellness”.

 Nat brings a soulful approach to her practice and understands that healing is much deeper than just physical. She is dedicated to inspiring and empowering others to find health from within and lead a fulfilling life. Her goal is to connect body to soul and she loves to infuse teachings of nature into her work. 

​​

During her early years as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner it became evident that Nat was tuning into clients energy at a much deeper level. This when Nat began to explore the world of energy healing. Nat is Reiki Master and offers one on one energy healing sessions called Soul Alignment Reiki Healing sessions. These sessions are a beautiful blend of reiki energetic healing, meditation and intuitive guidance. 

 

Headwaters Wellness is home to a serene wellness studio for yoga classes and meditation gatherings. Nat leads group monthly meditation circles and host events and retreats in various locations. She teaches yoga classes, that focus on moving you beyond the asanas.
